7-7-11

The Holiday weekend was a killer for me unfortunately.   Too many snacks, late night food intake and beers.   I have gone up about 10 lbs since the weigh in.  Not exactly a great start to the final month.

 

Due to my lack of discipline over the last week, I have decided to punish myself by adding the Insanity workout routine to my daily regimen.   So now I am doing the P90X workout in the AM before work, and then the Insanity workout after work in the evening.  I have only done 2 days so far, but Insanity makes P90X seem like a breeze.  Now all I have to do is get back on my proper eating plan and I will be back on the losing weight train as we head into our final destination July 30th.
