Exercise – I started out my morning with a mile jog at 6am at Mayfield High School with a couple of friends. We then did a few 100 yard sprints followed by several steps on the stadium bleachers. Needless to say, my legs were on fire. I got home and did the hour long Stretch for P90X, and then later in the day I played softball. I did tweak my back a little bit, so I am not sure how that is going to play out this weekend with a lot of golf to be played and my workout routine. I will just have to modify the workouts with a lot of walking and ab work
Diet – omelet with sausage/onions/peppers/cheese for breakfast, protein shake for snack, protein bar for lunch, lettuce and turkey for snack & swordfish with some pasta for dinner.
