7-12

Exercise – In the AM I did P90X’s Core Synergistics.  Only 5 more days and I will have completed the P90X routine!   In the PM, I did Insanity’s Cardio Power & Resistance

 

Diet – Blackberries for breakfast, protein bar for snack and lunch, protein shake for snack, and then sausage with noodles for dinner, and a spoonful of peanut butter for dessert
