Month 3 - Bring It
We all had our second weigh ins last week. I was pleasantly surprised I had lost a couple of pounds after having been out of town the majority of the month, including a cruise where temptation got the better part of me.
Spring is upon us and now it is time to put our best foot forward to get in the best shape we possibly can. I am looking forward to April and hopefully some better weather so the outdoor activities can begin!
